Heather Trindall BVSc MRCVS
Veterinary DirectorHeather worked as a nurse with us, before going to the University of Liverpool and graduating as a vet in 2006, returning to work with us again before becoming a director in 2015. She has a special interest in small animal medicine and is working towards a post graduate certificate in this area. Heather also enjoys working with rabbits and other small mammals. Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her cats.

Lynne Clare BVMS MRCVS
Veterinary DirectorLynne qualified from the University of Glasgow in 2005 and has worked with us ever since, becoming a director in 2015. She has a particular interest in surgery, particularly soft tissue surgery. Outside of work, Lynne enjoys competing her horse, Carrick, and spending time with her family.

Veterinary SurgeonSophie joined us in 2021, having previously work with both small animals and horses. She mostly works at our Hornsea practice, but also enjoys working at the Beverley surgery. Outside of work she enjoys walking and spending time with her husband and dog.

Heike Kopac-Pickering MRCVS
Veterinary SurgeonHeike has worked with us on and off since 1991. She currently works part time. She has a special interest in acupuncture having gained her Certificate in Safety and Competence in Acupuncture. She is also interested in small animal surgery.

Registered Veterinary NurseMelissa joined us in 2020 and enjoys working with all species of pet animals. She works mostly at our Hornsea surgery and particularly enjoys working in the operating theatre as well as speaking with owners. Melissa enjoys working with our rabbit patients and taking care of her own outside of work.

Olivia Clubley RVN
Registered Veterinary NurseOlivia was welcomed to our team in April 2019 as a nursing auxiliary. At the start of 2021, she began her studies as a student veterinary nurse, and then qualified in October 2023. Olivia enjoys working with all species, but particularly enjoys working with large dog breeds.

Hannah Walker RVN
Registered Veterinary NurseHannah joined us in March 2018 and enjoys looking after all species but has a special interest in exotics and wildlife. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys looking after her dog Bennett, cats and ferrets. Hannah enjoys running some of our nurse clinics including weight clinics, and our puppy parties. She is also a Clinical Coach/Supervisor, running the nurse training at the surgery.

Talia Blans RVN
Registered Veterinary NurseTalia joined the team in 2017 and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of working with animals. She is currently training to be a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and her cats.

Gemma George RVN
Registered Veterinary NurseGemma joined us in October 2015 and worked as a nursing auxiliary initially, before completing her RVN training and gaining her registration with the RCVS in 2019. She looks after a wide variety of animals herself and enjoys helping to treat all species at the surgery. Gemma is Nurse Team Leader at the Beverley branch.
